When a drive, power supply or HMI fails, replacing it is not always the fastest or cheapest way back to production. AST inspects every unit at the component level, finds the actual damage, and quotes the repair on that, not on what a new unit costs.

Power supply repair
A failing power supply can take down the controls, drives and automation equipment it feeds. We inspect each supply at the component level to find the extent of the failure, then quote the repair on what we find. When replacement is faster, we also stock new and remanufactured supplies.
Rexroth and Indramat power supplies
Repair is especially useful when the supply is part of an established Rexroth or Indramat system and a replacement would add cost, sourcing problems or changes to the machine.
Drive and servo amplifier repair

HMI repair
A failed HMI leaves operators unable to monitor equipment, enter commands or change settings. We repair HMIs from the major manufacturers, including:

Industrial displays and monitors
On older machines, repairing the original display is often more practical than finding an exact replacement or modifying the machine for different hardware.
